RESERVATIONS

Don't let summer slip away without a last minute vacation! Rent any cottage and take advantage of our lowest "off peak pricing"... during our prime summer season!

Details: Reservation must be made after August 4th and stay must be between August 15 and Sept 2nd.

To request a reservation, click on the "Check Availability" link, click on a box on the calendar for the cottage and date you want to request, and complete the form.

We ask that you book a minimum of a 2 night stay, 3 nights on holidays.

Check in/Check out:
Check-in is between 3 pm and 9 pm, Eastern Time. Check-out is 11am. If you will be checking in outside the normal check-in times, please let us know in advance. We'll arrange to leave your key on your cottage in a lock box.

Payment/Deposit:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your cottage. We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard, debit cards, and cash. We require a credit card number to be held upon check-in for any damages incurred.

Cancellation Policy:
We require 14 days advance notice to make a cancellation. In the event a cancellation is made in less than 14 days, and for no shows, we will charge 50% of the price of reservation. No refunds are given for early check outs.

Policies
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cottages and around the pool. You will be charged a $200 cleaning and replacement fee if smoking occurred in the room. Unfortunately, we do not allow any pets at Blue Door Cottages.
